About DOUBLE SHOT

 

DOUBLE SHOT is a series of curated poetry readings in DUBLIN. Each event features three readers - an emerging poet, a local poet and a visiting poet, to celebrate the diversity of new writing in Ireland.

 

The series was founded by poets, JESSICA TRAYNOR & DAVE LORDAN, in 2015. It runs twice a year — in Spring & Autumn — with three events in each series, and is hosted by BOOKS UPSTAIRS in D'Olier Street, D2.
